Service Description

Sometimes you don't need advice, answers, or someone trying to fix what you're carrying. You simply need a place to speak freely and be met with presence. This private 60-minute virtual session offers space to talk through whatever is on your mind—an experience you're processing, a difficult season, a decision, something you've been holding in, or simply the weight of everyday life. The focus is listening: without judgment, interruption, or pressure to reach a particular conclusion. Come with something specific or simply begin wherever you are. Empathetic Listening is a supportive listening service and is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
